OVERVIEW



What is the turnaround time for a campaign?


The turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks from launching a campaign to our network to releasing content. There are variables that can affect the length of time a campaign takes such as the period of time it takes for a product to be shipped or stock levels. Many of our influencers also work with photographers and aren’t full time, therefore require scheduling. Whilst this can delay content creation its factored in by the influencer at the time of application.


Will Orpiva select influencers for me or do we have a choice?


Following applications from influencers who would like take part in the campaign, Orpiva will create a shortlist of options that fit your requirements and send influencer reports for you to have final sign off. Orpiva are also able to select influencers on a brand’s behalf should they wish.


What involvement do we have on the campaign?


Orpiva can run an entire campaign on behalf of a client should they wish i.e. from campaign creation to delivery. Brands are welcome to have as much or as little involvement as they wish.


PRICING


How much do you charge?


Our current introductory pricing is based on a minimum of £300 per campaign with each campaign totalling up to a maximum of 10 influencers. This fee is separate from any gifting. Therefore:

If a brand wanted 10 influencers it would work out at £30 per influencer + gifting.

If a brand wanted 6 influencers it would work out as £50 per influencer + gifting.

These prices are all ex VAT and would be invoiced or bonused through an affliate platform.


What if an influencer becomes ill and doesn’t complete a campaign?


If an influencer is unable to create content for any reason after having been accepted for a campaign - Orpiva will find a suitable replacement. The brand will not be charged for an influencer that does not produce content for a campaign.


Can we track traffic and sales from influencers?


Yes, Orpiva generates links through the relevant affiliate platform to track traffic.


What is the most cost effective option for me to work with more influencers for campaigns?


Orpiva have a variety of influencer packages. Should you be looking to work regularly on influencer campaigns a more cost effective option would be to select a monthly or yearly plan. Please contact us to find out more.


GIFTING:


Who sends the products to influencers?


Brands typically prefer to send products to influencers direct. Orpiva is happy to send products on a brand’s behalf however but would require compensation for the product amount.


How much should we gift to an influencer?


The total gifting amount is up to the brand, we have added £50 as a benchmark on this campaign however some brands like to include more for influencers to experience more of the premium items, and others may be inclined to focus on a lesser budget.


Do I have to gift products to influencers?


No. Orpiva have a feauture that allows influencers to create collages around a brand’s latest product ranges which can be used across their social channels and web based blogs. This prevents the need to send out expensive products. To see how this works click here


Whats the process of getting product links and addresses from influencers when gifting?


During the application process, where gifting is involved all influencers provide their product links, sizes and colour choices upfront. Once a brand signs them off for a campaign Orpiva will send these links along with their addresses.


What if a product runs out of stock after an influencer has provided a link?


Orpiva will communicate with the influencer and get updated product links ASAP.


Can we track traffic and sales from influencers?


Yes, Orpiva generates links through the relevant affiliate platforms to track traffic.
